This class follows a traditional Barre Body class inspired by Pilates. Amiee uses a large range of opening movements to create transitions and a sense of space. The focus of articulation within the body and eye for detail allows the client to tune in and create a sense of awareness of how they are moving. Notice that Amiee uses visualisations to connect to her clients and joy within the class.
This class will cater to beginners. How are you able to create free-flowing movements within a class to make it enjoyable for a client? What other cues can you make to connect - notice Amiee’s wonderful use of visualisations, and referencing the body to instruct the client to do what she wants them to do/feel. Get creative!
